Hennes has received requests from our customers for years to handle all sorts of jobs that were outside the scope of what we offered. Eventually, a decision was made to formally expand our capabilities so that we could take another step towards being a single source vendor for our customer base. Beginning in 2008 with the purchase of Air Mechanical, Hennes added commercial/industrial HVAC to it's service offerings. The purchase was a smooth transaction which had many benefits for our customers. The most noticable benefit relates to the fact that as a crane and rigging supplier, we are able to schedule the installation of rooftop units based upon our own crane supply rather than being dependent on the scheduling of a third party provider. This allows Hennes to be much more flexible and responsive.

In 2014, Hennes again felt the need to grow our service capabilities and purchased Mechanical Concepts of Big Bend. This purchase quintupled the number of service technicians on staff and greatly expanded our ability to respond to our burgeoning customer base. We also were able to expand our staff of design engineers and salespeople to create quicker response times and more personal customer interaction.
