Hennes Services, Inc. is an industrial service company located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin offering numerous areas of expertise to its customers including crane service, rigging, machinery moving, machinery leveling & alignment, welding/fabrication, heated industrial warehousing, commercial/industrial HVAC including design/build, and 24/7 emergency service.

In 1999, Hennes moved from it's former location in the Menomonee Valley of Milwaukee, to a new facility in West Milwaukee. It was at this time that Jack decided to step down and appointed his son, Michael Lang, as president of the company.

Hennes purchased Printing Equipment Services of West Milwaukee, a company who specialized in the installation, repair, and decommissioning of both web and offset printers, as well as bindery and other print shop equipment, in 2001. Hennes had previously worked with P.E.S. on the installation of the web presses at the old Milwaukee Journal building back in the 1950's.

Early in 2004, Hennes formally changed its name to Hennes Services, Inc. to reflect that it now offered much more than trucking and was focused on expanding it's offerings in the crane service, rigging, and machinery moving areas. Hennes also expanded it's fabrication shop to provide more capability for it's customers.

Air Mechanical of Milwaukee was purchased by Hennes in 2008 as part of an ongoing series of acquisitions to expand the industrial offerings provided. With this addition, Hennes is now able to offer commercial industrial HVAC and sheet metal fabrication along with design build thanks to the acquisition of a licensed design engineer.

As of 2014, Hennes has undertaken another merger and purchased Mechanical Concepts of Big Bend to further expand it's HVAC offerings.

In March of 2016, Hennes was awarded the West Milwaukee Business of the Year by the West Milwaukee/West Allis Chamber of Commerce. As part of the award, Hennes received commendation from the Village of West Milwaukee, the Milwaukee County Board of Executives, the Wisconsin State Senate, and a special recognition from Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker.

From it's inception until it was discontinued in 2008, Hennes won the Eastern Wisconsin Erectors Association 1st place safety trophy 19 of 23 years, including a perfect year.
